As you know the city is still kind of, well, it still sort of looks like a bomb went off. I know FiN did what they could to try to fix things, but it's a lot. I managed to get a hold of the Admin that, like, keeps tabs on Tokyo-F, and I asked if they could fix things, which she unsurprisingly wouldn't do for free.
For the cost of a community upgrade, 100K, she said she'd do it, but obviously I can't get that many points on my own. I'm still surprised I have more than zero at any given time, but if I could convince every idol to donate at least 1K... I think we'd do this in no time.
