AlcheME!

B { Thing #2 } LIARLIARLIAR B reminds K of someone he doesn't quite remember: the end result is that he respects him, defers to his opinion, tries very hard not to let him down, and is very much prepared to guard B with his life if needs be. He needs to sleep more. He needs to relax more. He needs not to worry so much about so much that's out of his control because right now K is worrying about him quite a lot. He's very clearly not as happy and carefree as he acts even around K, never mind in public, and it's troubling. Perhaps he needs help? How can K help? B is his brother and his friend and do not make him unhappy or K will become quite upset.

C { Thing #1 } NEIGH_SAYER Put it this way: every day K expects to wake up to find a Furby in his bed. Or in his closet. Or in the sink. Or in the fridge. C, bro, K would die for you, but he's still not going to eat anything you've prepared. Or let you kill yourself by pretending everything's okay when it's not. Yes, C is an irritating gremlin who may at any given moment be actively trying to embarrass him in public, but he's AlcheME!'s irritating gremlin. Terrible brothers are brothers too!

ECLIPSE { Spring Born Wind } INSPITEFUL It's perhaps inevitable that AlcheME! ended up inheriting Eclipse from Heart Soldier Senshi when he was practically living here already. At least it happened before they paid for the guest room? Nobody's tried to murder him for at least six months now, which is a step up. K is starting to suspect they shouldn't be allowed in war rooms together, though: the spite levels go off the charts and inadvisable things start to happen.

L { Total Eclipse of the Heart } FLEURESCENCE Final Girl and Our Lady of the Frying Pan. L does not need protecting but Must Protecc anyway. Hoarding all the hair. Never wears shoes and has somehow worked out exactly how to talk K into doing basically anything. L would be supremely dateable if not for the whole 'sister' thing, meaning that K hasn't actually realized she's basically exactly his type (ie: slightly older and able to talk him into doing basically anything). Back from outer space at long last, which is good: the place just wasn't the same without her.

N { THE KAIJIN } FROMTHEDEPTHSOF Likes water. No, really, really likes water. Likes water so much he has a kiddy pool and an aquarium and a fountain lounging plinth and is usually tracking it all over the floor and is apparently some kind of Prince of Atlantis or... something who came to the land to go to high school and this was worth it apparently? K's sense of the weird is by now so warped that a guy coming home and plunging into a fish tank no longer seems at all odd and he is in fact incredibly grateful it's resumed. N seems to find him noisy, though, which K is totally sure he isn't. It's also starting to seem like Something Bad Happened while he was away...

Q { Her Highness, Fox Princess Tamamo } FOXORCIST Full of cake and spite. K isn't quite sure what she's got against Pink (actually he seems kind of cool?) but he's prepared to take her word for it. Sisters before misters, right? T(EA) { UNITED ♡ HEARTS } FEATHERBEANED Half dragon, half British, and really far too tall but K's trying not to hold it against her; they also seem to have quite a bit in common though K is neither British, a dragon, or tall. T(ea) seems to enjoy going out and hitting things, which is good because someone else here has to be. She's also sometimes a ball of dragon-shaped feathers the size of a small cat, which is unexpectedly adorable.

NEMESIS { avante en garde } UNBR8KABLE Making things Weird for Hurricane seems to have ended up making things Weird for Nemesis as well, as if there's some kind of splash damage effect on unfortunate emotional attachments to the unavailable. K has always known that whatever he might ever be to Hurricane, Nemesis is fifty times that - he's taken a metaphorical bullet for her once already and yes, he would do it again if he had to. It's just seriously fucking unfortunate that they all, apparently, have fans.

THORN { BAD END = DEAD END } JUSTFUCKINGTRYIT This is all a bunch of bullshit, isn't it? K thinks so and Thorn seems to agree, and that's basically what the relationship appears to be based on: mutual venting and-stroke-or wanting to punch the Hosts really hard over and over and over again. There are worse grounds for getting to know a guy, but so far it hasn't gone much further than that. It'd be really great if he stopped dying, though.

ABSINTHE { BARiTONES } INNERDAEMONS So this guy is some kind of fucked-up zombie who possibly eats dreams as well as limbs and appears to want to murder everybody not on his unit for bullshit coins. Great.

DUALITY { future is now } ASONOFICEANDFIRE Let's bond over having a bunch of shit in common you probably wouldn't want to have in common with anybody unless you were some kind of maniac! So, Duality has a... sort of super obvious burn scar? K knows the feeling, though his own are only super obvious if he takes his shirt off, which... no. He was inclined to like Duality anyway: this has just sort of helped things along a little. K's called Siberian, Duality likes cats, it was probably fate or something and he's just going with it.

INTENSITY { future is now } BLUESCREENWHITEDRAGON So sometimes Senpai notices you and you end up making really good friends with his dragon? K introduced himself to Intensity by shouting at him (fortunately, he backed it up with Catholic Knowledge) and to Blue Eyes by jumping on her back and taking her dive bombing. Somehow this has not resulted in neither of them ever wanting to speak to him again. Some day he'll figure out exactly how you repay a dragon for saving your life...

MEDUSA { future is now } JUSTPURE Yeah, but wasn't Medusa a girl? This is the first confusing thing about this guy. The second, now that K thinks about it, is the bit where they spent a game hypothetically discussing the perfect murder and maybe he needs to watch his mouth around Medusa in future. Maybe. Cool hats, though.

D.VA { Heart Soldier Senshi } 420BLAZEIT Honestly, she's sort of terrifying. Terrifying like a... something you know will probably take your arm off at the elbow but is still kind of cool and you kind of want to touch it anyway, so perhaps she's like some kind of really big cat who you can go do adrenalin-heavy stunts with. She kissed him a couple of times now. It was only necessary to do it once. K would like to do it again? But there must be a lot of guys who think that and D.Va's so far out of his league he can't even see her league, so he really should just forget it. Yeah. He should do that. He'd be stupid not to. But she's so pretty, God.

HURRICANE { Heart Soldier Senshi } CROSSMYHEARTANDHOPE It's complicated.

HIRYUU { Heart Soldier Senshi } DRAGONHEARTEDGIRL Yeah, we're friends. K has fought with Hiryuu a few times now, and she's definitely someone he trusts to have his back in a pinch. Okay, so she has also maimed him a couple of times, but both times it was because she'd been taking crazy pills, and it's not like he's never done anything stupid because the Producers fucked with his head before. Most of the time she's not actively trying to stab him, after all, and she's great to be around then.

CAMELLIA { LiliS } LETGROW Everyone's little sister (yes shutup he knows about the height thing okay??) and you don't date your little sister, so it doesn't matter how cute she is. Really. Yes, okay, shut up, he likes her a bit. Who wouldn't? She's sweet and she's nice and she absolutely, totally should not be here. The last thing she needs is a guy like K making her life worse by... being in it. There's got to be someone better for her than him out there. Still gonna look out for her, though. SENPAI { pep!pep! } NEVERBEENTOGEORGIA The question of what, exactly, is Senpai's problem even?! is one that has stumped better minds than K's and he seriously can't be bothered to try and solve. What he knows is this guy made an absolutely terrible first impression by hitting on him, what the fuck, and he somehow ended up kissing him (FOR A GAME, FUCK SAKE) to prove a point and seriously, he hopes he never has to speak to him again because fuck this guy except Senpai keeps? talking? to him?? At least the fanmail's stopped. LEVIATHAN { sensitIV } BACKSTORY So, Leviathan killed a guy who killed a guy and basically really could have done with some killing... and everyone flipped out for some reason? K's in no position to judge him for that, so he won't be. KAGUYA { Taisho Roman Revolution } SUNFLOWERING Tinypire with a terrible home life, apparently. There's just something about this girl that just sort of makes K want to hug her and punch whatever's worrying her in the snout - never mind the whole 'card-carrying member of the undead' thing, she simply seems too nice for this, especially given that her unit is constantly one point of etiquette away from going completely feral. She's also killed him once, but he's over it! Also she makes K feel vaguely tall, which not many people do. SHU { Taisho Roman Revolution } SYNCINTOHELL Spoke to K once when they were both too drunk to think better of it. This makes them friends. TALON { WILD CITY } IAMVERYBADASS Hell apparently has dodgy aim. K would not question for a moment his own presence in this place, but some of the others make him wonder and Talon? Talon just makes him angry. Talon is a kid, and the most influential person K has barely spoken to since he got here. He should be in school, not sitting in this literally godforsaken place making life-or-death decisions grown adults don't have the stones to. D☆☆DL☆M☆N { ☆ZRAEL } AVESTAN Fucking psycho. No, being - in your own eyes - too weak to make good on your threats of murdering literally everybody does not make it Magically Okay that you go around telling the kids and schoolgirls who got dragged here by mistake that you want to. It was either that or Sailor Moon, and there was definitely a talking cat involved. K never really really had much of a handle on A, except that he went deep into strategy in games in a way largely beyond K himself, and could be really quite pragmatic in an attempt to keep them alive. As dying really sucks, K can't say he objected too much to this, especially when it came to obvious shit like 'how can we fuck over BARiTONES first'. GOD BECKY { ☆ZRAEL } OHGODNO Worst. Fake. Deity. Ever. M(i) { Master of the Playhouse } WITHOUTMEANING Also got taped into their room when they arrived because... well, because AlcheME!, apparently, it's all starting to make a lot more sense now. There's something going on with M he can't begin to fathom, what with the fact they reacted to dying horribly by flipping the fuck out and laughing like a supervillain: does K want to work out what it is? Well, no, not really. But also absolutely yes. U(s) { World-Ender } WANTSTHEDDD The mom friend. Also the Popular One in their cohort, so why he got transferred away while K himself is still around months later is yet another of those Imeeji Mysteries. Apparently ended a world once. U was most commonly found in the kitchen making sure that B ate occasionally (where K occasionally joined him and attempted to help, though never as competently as he would want). He liked U a lot, though he wasn't sure which one of them is supposed to be the senpai, and U's love life was confusing and frightening and best not speculated about if the hints he dropped were anything to go by. At least he was on board with protecting LiliS. X { Luminary of the Stars } LIFTOFT Knew C from home, poor bastard. X was probably the unitmate he has the most in common with, what with them both getting accused of being noisy (which is totally slander) and actually caring about winning the games where you don't have to kill anyone. He was pretty easy to talk to as well, which helped. Honestly, he misses him quite a lot, he was easy to be around.
