[Ken sits on the edge of the fountain in Espoir, frowning into the camera in aggrieved confusion, as if it personally has done him some disservice.]

Uh... this is probably gonna sound dumb but Does anyone know what kind of stuff you get a girl you like that isn't totally stupid or creepy?

[The head and neck of a toy giraffe are just visible in the lower right hand corner of the frame. Ken glances over at it as he speaks, then shoves it quickly down in an attempt to get it out of shot, without any real noticeable success. An awkward look flickers across his face. Great, so he's already seriously regretting deciding to ask this question and he hasn't even finished saying it yet...]

And I'm not gonna do flowers.

[The feed cuts off quickly.]

It's always the thought that counts. I'm sure if this person likes you back as much as you like her then she wouldn't mind at all.

[She pauses and looks at the toy giraffe with a laugh.]

Although that wouldn't be such a bad choice either.

[He breaks off. Glances down at the giraffe, and laughs again, awkwardly.]

Ah... well, she's more kind of a friend right now. I mean... I think he kinda meant something more personal. I kinda don't know what flowers she likes, though. Roses are kinda obvious.

[Ken looks down at the giraffe again. Man, he's really not sure what to think of this thing any more.]

Something doesn't always have to be romantic. And giving her that will show her that you have a soft side, which there is nothing wrong with.
